Blueline Guest Check Book

Restaurant guest check pad contains forms for easy order recording in restaurants. Each form offers boxes for table number, server, number of guests and date as well as separate itemized lists for meals and beverages. Form also includes a place to write the costs of each item, subtotal the bill, add taxes and input the final total. Guest checks are consecutively numbered and each one-part form has a stub. Pad includes 100 forms.
